The amazing Sophie did my hair perfect! She was so warm and welcoming, when I didn’t like the first colour she corrected it straight away and was happy to do so. She prioritised me leaving happy with my hair and did not make me feel guilty for wanting her to adjust the colour. Couldn’t recommend her more! She managed to take me from bleach blonde to a gorgeous mousy brown effortlessly. Xx

Chapters is a very special place to have your hair done, I am always well looked after whoever does my hair, I always leave very happy. It is my time to relax and be pampered. Everyone is so welcoming from Reception to stylist.

Fay-Marie is my current stylist and is excellent, friendly and professional. There are many different stylists and price points to choose from so you can find someone you are comfortable with which is very important.

They have a wide choice of products you can purchase but unlike other hair salons I have used there is no aggressive or awkward up selling at the end of your appointment.

Importantly my hair always looks and feels great at the end of my appointment. It’s a lovely place with friendly knowledgeable staff.

Extremely professional salon who are super accommodating, as a nervous anxious person I don’t like going new places but I felt so welcome on my first visit last year… Paige completely transformed my hair from a near black colour to such a beautiful colour! Amazingly friendly and welcoming staff. The time and attention given to ensure the stylist is certain she understands what I want makes such a difference. The stylist gives undivided attention throughout the session and that cup of coffee while I wait, just makes my visit to the salon, perfect. Oh, and I am always pleased with the result

Added extras of reclining massage chairs & head massage during hair washing plus complimentary coffee & biscuit which all aid to an enjoyable , relaxing experience every time .
